Thanks Barry,
I have checked the access all the access looks perfect, server has rights to create db and replica and has manager access to the mail file with delete access.

Now adminp is in Add new mail file fields, i tried issuing tell adminp process all and new in source and target but still it is in same status.

According to the technote the
Result: Posts the "Monitor new mail file fields" administration request. Creates two fields, "New mail file" and "New mail server" in the Person document.

But this is not progressing.

any suggestions please. Thanks
